The Australian Government has announced a package called Making Ends Meet - Federal Labor's Plan for Older Australians, People with Disabilities and Carers. Eligible Single Customers will receive a Telephone and Internet allowance of $33 every 3 months and $16.50 for each eligible couple. TADAust Connect has now been established over a year and has treated its Dialup Clients with respect by recognising that quality of life can be enhanced for people who are in receipt of a pension for whatever reason through the digital world at an affordable price. While the exclusivity does not apply to the TADAust Connect Broadband Service, we do not make a distinction.
With our partner ispOne, we are able to offer the whole range of Services reliably and consistently irrespective of the nature of the service itself. ispOne maintains a comprehensive Broadband Network that is owned by ispOne and is able to address issues within its own resources.
You will see a bewildering array of offers from others that we strive to avoid. For example, there are no deals to be made or giveaways in TADAust Connect. We offer a competent straightforward service with ispOne to our clients and are flexible enough to account for their particular situation.
