Connection speeds are shown in the Plan Type as the downstream format only. The actual speeds for a customer may vary due to many factors including the plan selected, the capacity and popularity of websites and computer configuration. The maximum possible upstream speeds for each plan type are for 256/64kbps, 512/128kbps, 1.5/256kbps and 8/384kbps.
Usage (MB and GB) means combined upload and download data transfer allowed per month. For the purposes of calculating usage, 1 Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes. Unused usage forfeited. The Broadband plans unlimited downloads, however once the monthly data amount is reached the service speed will be reduced to 72 kbps. There is no excess data fees charged, only the shaping policy will take affect
