Dialup Pricing

TADAust Connect offers three pricing options available to you making your use of service much easier to manage.

You can pay for your Dial Up account by choosing one of the following three options;

The following information is standard for a Dial Up service:

• Unlimited Download, unlimited time on (4 hour session limit with 20 minute idle time out)
• No annual fee
• $46.00 Establishment fee - includes Auto Loader CD for pre configuration (non refundable)
• Local Call connect from anywhere in Australia 1
• One Email address eg: xxxx@tadaustconnect.org.au
• Webspace (10MB)
• $2.00 Postage and Handling fee
• All overdue accounts attract a $10.00 late payment fee

1. Although TADAust Connect's dial-up services are available to 95% of Australians for the cost of a local call, it is the Customer's responsibility to check that calls made between the Customer's telephone service and the TADAust Connect access number used by the Customer are local calls. Despite the best efforts of TADAust Connect and its staff, it is possible that the Customer may not be using the correct dial-in number to ensure local call access. If you live in a remote area you can contact Telstra on 13 2200 to ensure that the local call connect number 0198 30 80 20 is a local call from your location.
