What does 5Gb give me?
A monthly allowance of 5Gb would allow you to do all of the following!
Usage guide only, based on following assumptions: web surfing uses 4Mb per hour, 2 minute videos are 8Mb, Skype chat uses 30Mb per hour, emails read are 250Kb.

If you already have Broadband with another provider, in most instances we can transfer you over to our network. You must make sure you do not cancel your service before we transfer you. We recommend that you check with your current provider first to make sure you do not have any contractual obligations that will leave you out of pocket. We will do everything else for you.
* Terms and Conditions apply. To get these prices advertised you must choose from an eligible Home Phone and Mobile Phone plan (budget plans are excluded) to get the full monthly discount on the price of your Broadband. Full prices of the plans with no discounts are as follows: Plan 1: $39.95, Plan 2: $49.95, Plan 3: $59.95. If you move your Home Phone and/or Mobile Phone services away from ONEseniors, your ADSL plan will revert to the relevant full price.
Minimum contract cost of the plans shown above with eligible Home Phone and Mobile Phone: Plan 1 is $1438.80, Plan 2 is $1678.80, Plan 3 is $1918.80.
These plans are on a 24 month contract term with $0 set up fee and cancellation fees will apply if you cancel your service before the end of your contract term. If you are a new customer, we supply you with a free ADSL modem but a shipping fee of $16.50 applies. Splitter filters are $13 each. Your first invoice may not show your hardware costs straight away, but it will show a pro rata amount for your first month of ADSL, depending on when your service goes active.
These plans are not unlimited and come with a monthly data allowance. Once you have used your monthly allowance your speed will be shaped to 72Kbps until the start of your next usage period (this can be checked in your Members Area. It is your responsibility to monitor your usage and you can do this by logging into your Members Area.
^ Important! In the event that your phone line is not able to support a 20Mbps ADSL speed, we will automatically place you on a “fallback” plan of 8Mbps. This will be the maximum speed that your phone line will support. The plan fee will remain the same. Speeds quoted are between your location and the exchange serving your location. Actual download and upload speeds will vary based on numerous factors, such as condition of wiring at your location, computer configuration, Internet and network congestion, and speed of website servers you access, among other factors. Speed and uninterrupted use of service are not guaranteed. Not available to all customers in all areas.
Acceptable use policy applies to all broadband plans in conjunction with our traffic management policy to ensure a consistent user experience.

For all new connections, we will supply a free standard Broadband modem, a shipping fee of $16.50 is payable. This will be sent to you directly from our supplier and usually arrives the day before your connection is due to go active.
If you want to get even more out of your Broadband and access the Internet virtually anywhere around the house, new customers can upgrade to a wireless modem, perfect if you have multiple computers or a laptop. For just $50 (plus $16.50 shipping) you can upgrade from a standard NB6 modem to a wireless NB604N modem. With a RRP of $117, this is great deal only available at signup!
You may need to buy splitter filters. One splitter filter is required for every phone socket where a phone device (e.g. phone handset, Foxtel box, fax machine) is plugged in. Splitters enable you to use your landline phone at the same time as being on the Internet, without interrupting your Internet connection. These are $13 each and including the splitter used for the modem, you should have no more than 4 plugged in around the house as this will affect your Broadband connection.
Important: If you choose to use your own modem; we may not be able to offer technical support.
Existing broadband customers can change to these plans, but you will not receive a new modem and are not eligible for the wireless modem upgrade. You will carry on using your current modem as usual.
