Text Messaging (SMS)

SMS (Short Messaging Service) is the great new way to keep in touch! Simple and easy to use. SMS allows you to stay in contact with family and friends when you don't have the time or are simply unable to make a call.

Each text message allows you 160 characters to type and send to anyone with a compatible mobile phone.

Picture Messaging ( MMS )

Many of the latest and greatest mobile handsets are MMS capable which means you can send and receive messages in the form of a picture, text, sound or video, or a combination of all four. MMS can be sent to both mobile phones and email addresses. If your mobile has an inbuilt camera you can capture and send your very own photographs.

Voice Mail

Voice mail is your very own mobile answering machine.

It is available to all TADAust mobile customers and is great if you are on your phone when someone rings, too busy to talk, or simply just miss a call. Callers can record a brief message with details of the call for you to listen to at your convenience. You can set up your own voicemail greeting or choose from a number of pre-recorded greetings. To start using voicemail now, simply call 121 and follow the prompts!

Mobile Internet and Email

With TADAust mobile, you now have the ability to access Internet on the go (in select coverage areas). Even is you are not at not at home with your TADAust Broadband, with selected mobile phones, you may be able to receive Broadband like speeds from your mobile.

Have you ever wanted to find the location or information about a particular product on the go? With TADAust mobile you will be able to, in selected areas and with selected mobiles, be able to retrieve that information from the Internet when you are out and about. Need to check or send an important email, this too is also available, if your mobile has the function.

GPRS

To send, receive or forward a picture message, connect to the Internet or send, receive or forward email, your handset needs to be GPRS capable and configured to the Reward Mobile network. GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) is a data protocol technology designed to deliver high-speed data services over GSM networks. With GPRS enabled you can surf the web, receive information services and download ringtones to your handset.
